Welcome Back! In order to achieve student success and create a passion for learning it is necessary that we are prepared. The following items are mandatory for art and must be brought to class each and every class period. I will be checking, no exceptions.

WHY ART JOURNALS GRADES 4TH – 8th
Artist writes in diaries or journal about their daily work. Likewise, students can write in journals about their art activities. Artist write notations about their work, describe problems and brainstorm solutions in sketchbooks or notebooks. Similarly students can sketch and write about their work and solve problems. Artists write sequential steps to follow in the creation of artwork. Students will record the steps they take to create an artwork and interpretive writing about art
